TEAM LEAD QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven warehouse experience with leadership or team lead responsibilities
• Energetic and natural leader with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency (WMS, Microsoft products)
• MHE certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months (on-site training provided)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Support the Supervisor in daily warehouse operations, promoting a safe, clean, and efficient environment
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates while providing guidance and feedback
• Coordinate tasks across receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, and inventory control
• Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, and other departments
• Step in to perform associate duties as needed and ensure a smooth hand-off to the next shift
• Promote a clean-as-you-go mentality and ensure adherence to all safety and operational procedures
