• Key responsibilities include:End to end management of warehouse & e commerce operations
• Ownership of Warehouse Management System performance, data accuracy & reporting
• Delivering service, cost and inventory KPIs
• Leading safety, quality, hygiene & environmental standards
• Driving Lean / CI improvements and root cause problem solving
• Managing budgets, suppliers, and OEMs
• Coordinating inbound, outbound, transport & yard operations
• Building an engaged, high performing team culture

• What We’re Looking ForProven warehouse leadership experience in FMCG / manufacturing
• Strong people leadership with a coaching mindset
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, SAP and data led decision making
• Solid understanding of health & safety and BRC / quality systems
• Practical Lean / CI experience
• Strong Excel and stakeholder communication skills
