Report line: Warehouse Manager (Vietnamese) In this role, you will: Leads and coordinates the warehouse staff team. Organizes work schedules and assigns tasks. Ensures goods are properly sorted, stored, packed, and labeled. Oversees inventory management and documentation (e.g., preparing delivery notes). Checks and signs transport documents. Monitors work quality and compliance with safety regulations. Resolves daily operational issues in the warehouse. May be responsible for training and motivating new employees. Vocational to Associate/College graduation in Electronics, Mechatronics or Business Management Work experience in a warehouse (minimum one year) in a leadership or team coordination role. Experience working with inventory management systems and handling documentation. Experience managing work schedules, task assignment, and team performance monitoring. Good computer skills (MS Office or specialized warehouse management software). Experience ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations. It would be an advantage if you have experience with forklifts, have already worked in a warehouse with component receiving, warehousing, and production.
