Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday / 08:00 - 12:00 Friday

Total Recruit Ltd are currently seeking a Team Leader to join a well established Firework company for this seasons production. Perfect for an experienced warehouse operative/FLT driver looking for the next step in their career looking to gain team leader experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Overseeing and supporting in the unloading of containers and palletising through effective communication
· Managing workloads and delegating tasks to ensure targets are met
· Ensuring stock is allocated in correct quantities in the correct department
· Managing the loading and unloading of wagons using the FLT
· Ensuring the team is adhering to health and safety procedures
· Report to and assist Warehouse Supervisor in day to day duties of running the warehouse
· Some heavy lifting is required
· Requires a conscientious and competent individual who strives to achieve high standards from themselves and their staff
· Previous experience of managing small teams would be an advantage
· FLT counterbalance license is required for the role
· Own transport via car, motorbike, or bicycle to site is preferred
