OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in a warehouse environment, with the ability to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires hands-on involvement in various warehouse activities, including materials handling, shipping and receiving, and team organisation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations.
• Experience with Shopify and Shipstation desired but training can be given. Must be computer literate.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is preferred but training can be given.
• Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks as part of daily responsibilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments.
