Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader – Medtech
Location: Finglas, Dublin, Ireland
Department: Operations / Manufacturing / R&D (depending on specific team focus)
Reports To: Operations Manager / Senior Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

JOB SUMMARY

The Team Leader will play a crucial role in leading a dynamic team within Uniphar MedTech’s operations. The role involves supervising, mentoring, and developing team members while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulatory standards, and continuous improvement. The Team Leader will work closely with other departments to achieve company goals, streamline processes, and maintain a high standard of product quality.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role within the MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record in team leadership, operations management, or production in a regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CE Marking, and other industry-specific standards.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices in the MedTech industry.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (NAV , Microsoft Dynamics )
  • Leadership & Management Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Ability to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Team player who is able to work under pressure and delegate tasks efficiently must be able to multi-task.
  • Experience with change management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • knowledge of H&S and MHE must be able to demonstrate relevant skill set regarding MHE equipment .
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and automation trends in the MedTech sector.
