As a Warehouse Team Leader based in our Melmerby DC you’ll be responsible for:

  • To motivate a team of warehouse operatives to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • To ensure appropriate orders/instructions are processed in a timely and organised manner and lead team in physical aspects of job to meet objectives.
  • To coach and carryout on the job training for warehouse operatives.
  • To carryout effective measurement of team performance.
  • To conduct regular and effective team meetings/briefings.

This is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 14:00pm - 22:00pm
