💼 Leadership Opportunity

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Warehouse Team Manager to lead operational performance within a high-volume Distribution Centre environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving safety, productivity, team engagement, and operational excellence across either Inbound/Inventory or Outbound operations.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead warehouse operations across your designated functional area, ensuring KPIs, productivity targets, safety standards, and service expectations are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring warehouse teams

• Driving operational performance and labour efficiency

• Managing inbound, inventory, or outbound workflows

• Supporting safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Coaching teams to achieve productivity and quality outcomes

• Managing shift handovers, reporting, and workflow allocation

• Supporting a positive team culture and engagement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience leading teams within warehouse, DC, or logistics environments

• A minimum of 3-4 years of team leadership experience in warehouse, distribution centre, or logistics environments

• Demonstrated experience leading teams of 10-20 people or larger

• Strong people leadership and coaching capability

• Exposure to high-volume distribution operations

• Knowledge of WMS/RF systems

• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and OH&S practices

• Experience managing KPIs, productivity, labour planning, and workflow allocation

• A hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills

Comprehensive training will be provided on our specific WMS systems to support your success in the role.

Experience across automotive, retail, FMCG, wholesale, or 3PL environments will be highly regarded.
