Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
