THE OPPORTUNITY

BlueScope are looking for the next generation of talented and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join the Distribution team! The Distribution business includes quality brands such as Orrcon Distribution, BlueScope Distribution, Metalcorp and Impact Steel.

We have opportunities at either our Trade Coast (Eagle Farm) or Northgate locations for a day shift or night shift – offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle needs, supporting you to balance your work and family life.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll operate forklifts and overhead cranes to prepare customer orders, check product quality, and work safely alongside a great group of people. No two days are the same, and full training is provided – so you don’t need to have done this before to succeed!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• safely operating gantry cranes and forklifts to load/unload trucks
• picking and packing orders with accuracy
• general warehouse duties to keep things running smoothly
• working as part of a friendly, safety-focused team
  You will receive a competitive starting salary of $1100 per week. You’ll be provided with ongoing training and development, giving you the opportunity to progress to within our salary framework. Night shift will include a 27.5% shift allowance on top of the base salary.
  No previous experience? No problem! We will provide you with all the on-the-job training and support needed.
