What will this role achieve? We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a Warehouse Team Member role at MDC. What will be your key deliverables? You will support the Warehouse Administrator and the rest of the Staff Shop team in maintaining and managing the Shop area and orders. Other duties may include; Picking product from pick-face Accurate receipt of stock and inputting into WMS system. Ensure the efficient operation of the Warehouse whilst maintaining a safe working environment Ensure housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained to the highest of levels. Supporting the business with the generation of any improvement initiatives. Additional ad-hoc duties as and when required. Bring your experience Essential Will demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude to change. Be able to multi-task and have the drive and tenacity to work under your own initiative We’re looking for people who are open to working flexibly and feel comfortable adapting to a fast-moving environment—with support available to help you succeed.
