Leon @ Home is a premier healthcare provider serving the Miami-Dade community with a commitment to excellence in patient care. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Warehouse Technician to support the logistics and inventory operations our (DME) warehouse.   Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule the movement, storage, and shipment of medical equipment and supplies. * Manage warehouse inventory, conduct regular counts, and verify availability of items for distribution. * Implement daily production and shipping plans, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space. * Repack, restack, and manually handle pallets of finished products as needed. * Identify slow-moving inventory and arrange for removal with appropriate approvals. * Maintain accurate documentation of warehouse activities, including forms and reports. * Ensure compliance with OSHA, Infection Control, and Safe-Lifting procedures through ongoing training. * Adhere to company policies on safety, patient confidentiality, and infection control. * Maintain a clean and professional appearance and demonstrate courtesy to patients, visitors, and staff. * Communicate effectively with center administration and other departments to resolve inquiries. * Participate in departmental meetings, in-service education, and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience; healthcare or DME experience preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and under pressure. * Basic understanding of inventory systems and product codes. * Fluent in English; Spanish fluency preferred.   Work Location: In person
