Description The Warehouse Technician supports daily warehouse, yard, and field operations for a portable restroom and temporary fence rental company. This role includes cleaning and preparing portable restrooms, organizing equipment, loading trucks, assisting with deliveries, and installing temporary fencing at customer sites such as construction projects, events, and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Clean, sanitize, and inspect portable restrooms, handwashing stations, and related equipment. Prepare units for delivery by stocking supplies such as toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and deodorizing chemicals. Load and unload portable restrooms, fencing panels, and equipment onto trucks safely and efficiently. Assist with temporary fence installation and removal at job sites including construction sites, events, and commercial locations. Set fence panels, stands, and clamps to properly secure temporary fencing. Organize and maintain the warehouse yard, including proper storage of portable restrooms, fence panels, and materials. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on portable restrooms, fencing equipment, and related materials. Stage equipment for driver routes and scheduled deliveries or pickups. Track and help manage inventory of supplies including chemicals, paper products, fence parts, and hardware. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, yard, and work areas. Follow company safety procedures and proper handling of sanitation chemicals and equipment. Assist with other operational tasks as assigned. Requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Previous warehouse, construction, labor, or sanitation industry experience preferred. Ability to lift 50–75 pounds regularly. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Basic mechanical or repair skills are a plus. Forklift experience is helpful (certification may be provided).
