Description Responsibility & Authority The Warehouse Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, maintaining, handling, repackaging and shipping materials within the warehouse according to written work instructions. Requirements Minimum Position Requirements (Skills & Abilities) Professional written and verbal communication skills Maintain accurate and legible production records Pick orders accurately based on order sheets or RF scanners Pack, label, and prepare items for shipping Inspect products for damage or discrepancies Understand detailed verbal and/or written work instructions Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail Ability to train on multiple processes and to work in multiple cells on a regular basis Ability to meet and exceed production rates while maintaining accuracy Troubleshooting and rework and a functional understanding of the components and finished products Cleaning of the production area during and following each shift Breaking down/tagging any items identified as nonconforming Organize and stock materials during and following each shift
