Description Warehouse Technician Edmonton, KY Starting Pay: 13.75 an hour Position Summary The Warehouse Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently receiving, handling, maintaining, repackaging, and shipping materials within the warehouse. This role requires adherence to written work instructions, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and productivity standards Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials Pick orders accurately using order sheets and/or RF scanners Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Inspect materials and finished goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies Maintain accurate, legible production and inventory records Follow detailed written and verbal work instructions Perform troubleshooting and rework as needed Identify, tag, and segregate nonconforming materials Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each shift Organize, stock, and replenish materials as needed Train and work across multiple processes and production cells Meet or exceed production targets while maintaining high accuracy standards Requirements Minimum Qualifications HS Diploma/GED Professional written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions Ability to maintain productivity while ensuring quality standards Functional understanding of warehouse components and finished products Physical Demands The Warehouse Technician role requires the ability to work in a variety of environments, including climate-controlled areas as well as warehouse or production floors where temperatures may range from extreme cold to extreme heat. Technicians must be capable of standing or sitting for extended periods of time (up to 10 hours) on unpadded surfaces. This position requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Employees must regularly lift, push, or carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to effectively use both hands and arms are essential. Work Experience Prior quality or inspection experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment are required. BSC1
