Our vision is to create infrastructure that powers communities in the all-electric future. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to support our installation initiatives. About the Role The Warehouse Technician, alongside the Warehouse Manager, supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping equipment used to install EV charging stations. This includes EV chargers, electrical switchgear, networking equipment, conduit, breakers, and other electrical components. The role is responsible for keeping inventory accurate, handling equipment safely, and making sure the right materials are ready when crews need them. This position takes pride in doing solid, detail-oriented work that directly supports clean transportation and real-world environmental impact. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Pick, pack, kit, and ship materials according to sales orders to meet install schedules Issue installation kits to internal installation teams and subcontractors when scheduled Assist with delivery of installation kits, where appropriate Label, stage, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor at all times Inventory & Systems Perform cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory counts Accurately record inventory movements in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP or WMS) Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Support inventory audits and reconciliation efforts Equipment & Material Handling Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (forklift preferred if applicable) Handle components and equipment with care to prevent damage Prepare outbound shipments, including packing, documentation, and carrier coordination Cross-Functional Support Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Field Teams, and Technical Project Managers on material needs Collaborate with Finance / Accounting teams on inventory reconciliation, inquiries regarding material allocation and receiving Support urgent requests and priority fulfillment when required Assist with kitting or prefabrication of chargers / equipment as needed Provide feedback towards product evaluations as requested for Strategic Sourcing Requirements Qualifications The Must Haves High school diploma or equivalent 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks Ability to follow safety procedures and standard operating processes Must be available to work onsite at the Culver City warehouse from 7:00AM to 4:00PM The Nice to Haves Experience with ERP or inventory systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain Experience with cycle counts and inventory audits Previous experience in technical, equipment-based, or project-driven warehouses Key Skills & Competencies Organizational and time management skills Problem solving and discrepancy investigation Strong communication and teamwork Reliability and accountability Safety first mindset Ability to process, scan, and digitally organize paperwork using structured file - management systems (e.g., attaching documents in ERP system or maintaining organized folder structures by vendor or purchase order) Why Join Us?
