Competitive wages and benefits package, complete with paid vacation and matched RRSP On-the-job training A positive work environment with plenty of opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Full-time, permanent employment with a healthy work/life balance Your Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and packing slips; label and store inventory in designated locations Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks; assist with reconciliations and discrepancy resolution Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation Load and unload trailers, flat decks, and shipments safely and efficiently Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Organize and maintain warehouse layout to support efficient workflow and space utilization Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and update systems in real time Read and interpret assembly instructions and product specifications; assemble components as required Test and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment is an asset Basic computer skills Experience using hand and power tools Forklift experience is a strong asset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work safely Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm To learn more about the exciting products we design and manufacture, please visit our website at: https://herd.com/ We thank all those who apply.
