Location: The individual in this role will work from our Buhler Office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas. Opportunity: We’re growing and looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our expanding operations! In this role, you’ll be responsible for inventory control—helping to organize, maintain, and distribute materials and equipment. You’ll work closely with team members across multiple departments to ensure everything is ready to support seamless installations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system. Investigate, document, and resolve discrepancies in inventory counts. Conduct regular counts of all equipment, materials, and supplies. Assign equipment accurately to customer accounts. Stock, issue, and track merchandise/materials both physically and within the system. Collaborate effectively with team members across departments. Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operations. Adhere to all safety protocols as outlined in the company handbook. Desired Attributes: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to changing business needs. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and think critically. Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy. Forklift experience or willingness to complete training and certification. Availability to work Monday - Friday 9a-6p. Experience Required: Proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Experience operating heavy machinery such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed) Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs Preferences: 2+ years of work experience working in logistics/inventory Prior warehouse experience operating heavy machinery Why work at IdeaTek: IdeaTek offers a culture where employee strengths are highlighted and recognized.
