REQUIREMENTS



    • Bachelor’s degree in warehouse management, maintenance management, logistics or Supply Chain Management or similar technical discipline

    • At least three year’s relevant professional work experience in a Supply Chain or Maintenance Management environment
    • Relevant experience in Maintenance Management, Warehouse Managementtools and inventory tracking software, including CMMS & ERP
    • Being a structured and disciplined person with strong attention to detail and a process oriented mindset
    • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in warehouse environments
    • Ability to oversee the Services landscape and close process or procedure gaps so that they drive maintenance analytics
    • Ability to understand technical problems and effectively translate that into the Maintenance Workstream for resolution of these challenges
    • Knowledge of local (safety) standards, codes and regulations

    Responsibilities


      • Coordinate daily warehouse operations for the Spare Part warehouses with our warehouse contractors in the EMEA Region, ensuring receiving, storing, handling and replenishment of spare parts in compliance with our processes and procedures

      • Setting-up, maintaining and improving spare parts related processes and procedures
      • Utilizing maintenance management software to record, track, manage and analyze spare parts usage ensuring compliance to our processes and procedures
      • Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and resolve discrepancies using inventory management systems
      • Lead internal audit efforts related to Spare Parts Management
      • Ensuring and auditing safe operating procedures of material handling in the warehouse in compliance with safety and environmental legislation and industry best practices
      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of orders while adhering to quality standards
      • Working with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers for the procurement and replenishment of spare parts
      • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste in warehouse operations
      • Coordinate with Services Teams to ensure the completion of tasks within the stipulated time.
      • Identify and resolve any problems that could delay maintenance operations.
