Description Warehouse Tech Are you organized, dependable, and ready to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our logistics — moving and organizing incoming and outgoing inventory, supporting event operations, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized workspace. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates to meet goals, communicate progress, and assist with special projects that keep things moving. What You’ll Do: Load and unload trailers and transport materials in and out of the warehouse Organize and store products after events Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Support team goals and lend a hand with additional projects as needed What We’re Looking For: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 80 lbs occasionally Comfortable standing for long periods and working on your feet Prior warehouse experience a plus Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment Valid driver’s license required Strong communication and time management skills Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Join a company where teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic are valued — and where every day brings something new. Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical Demands: This position lifts heavy objects of up to 80+ pounds, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. The employee lifts, pushes, pulls and carries objects and uses abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination. The position requires the ability to quickly move arms and legs. Work Environment: This position regularly works in a warehouse and office environment. The noise level in the work environment is commensurate with a warehouse site. This position secondarily works in a fabrication environment that includes cold, heat, and humidity. The noise level in the work environment is commensurate with a construction site. Expected Hours of Work/Travel: This is a full-time position in the Winston Salem office during regular business hours. Days and hours of work are dictated by the nature of the scope of work which can include long hours and weekend work. General: The employee is expected to adhere to all company policies.
