JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Trade Counter Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a team of warehouse staff. This role requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety and productivity within the warehouse environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Ability to drive a forklift.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams with effective leadership qualities.
  • Strong phone etiquette for communication with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
