In this function, you will: Facilitate site-wide training programs for all hourly warehouse employees. Programs may include, but are not limited to on-the-job training, classroom training, and assisting in the hiring and onboarding process Collaborate with functional leaders on facilitating and implementing cross-training throughout the facility as well as focusing on the manning strategy to ensure all areas are covered Partner with functional leaders to update training records, develop/update training content, and ensure training compliance Act as a subject matter expert in warehouse processes and flex into warehouse as needed Participate and lead continuous initiatives and support other projects as needed. Maintain training folders and ensure all employee certifications are up to date and ensure all E-safety training is completed by warehouse employees in a timely manner. High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years manufacturing, distribution, or military experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. No relocation is provided for this position, only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX facility will be considered. Two or more years of Switchboard warehouse experience One or more years supporting on-the-job warehouse training Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Position Success Criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills, persuasive skills, and analytical problem-solving skills.
