Job Summary: As a Transfer Coordinator for The Golden Hog Warehouse, you will be responsible for managing, scheduling, and executing the movement of inventory between the warehouse, store locations, and external suppliers. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that all product transfers are accurate, timely, and compliant with company policies. The Transfer Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting daily Warehouse operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate and monitor all product transfers between the warehouse and store locations. · Verify transfer orders for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, and destination details. · Maintain clear communication with store and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. · Prepare and process transfer documentation within the company’s inventory system (POS or ERP). · Support the receiving and shipping processes, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and documentation. · Track and reconcile transfer discrepancies or missing items. · Maintain updated records of all transfers and ensure proper filing for audit purposes. · Collaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to plan and forecast transfer needs. · Communicate with drivers or logistics providers to ensure efficient routing and delivery. · Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and operational standards within the warehouse. · Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse organization. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred. · Previous experience in logistics, inventory control, or warehouse coordination required. · Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and transfer processes. · Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems. · Ability to lift/move boxes or products up to 50 lbs. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not mandatory. · Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation. Schedule: Your standard work schedule will be five days per week, with two days off scheduled based on operational needs, mostly afternoon shifts.
