In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting inventory between company locations using a 26-foot box truck. You will play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate transfers of event rental equipment, supporting our warehouse and operations teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate 26’ box trucks (non-CDL) between company locations. Transport inventory, equipment, and materials accurately and efficiently. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate transfers and inventory flow. Load and unload inventory, equipment, and materials. Follow routes and schedules established by leadership to meet company expectations. Adhere to all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations and company safety standards. Perform additional duties as required Work Conditions: Be prepared to work indoors and outdoors in various locations and weather conditions. Prioritize safety when operating potentially hazardous equipment with appropriate safety measures in place. Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Compensation/Schedule: Pay: $21 – $25 per hour, based on experience. Workdays: Monday – Friday with availability required for 2–3 weekends per month during peak season (April–October). Typical shift begins at 2:00pm and runs until completion, which varies based on factors such as event schedules, routes, and weather conditions. Flexibility required for varying start/end times. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (less than 4 points in the last 3 years). CDL is not required. Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Maintain professionalism when representing our company at various event venues. Strong basic math skills and ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Regularly and repeatedly lift/move up to 50 lbs, frequently up to 100 lbs, and occasionally more than 100 lbs, often with team assistance and equipment such as dollies and pallet jacks. Successful completion of company background check, drug screen, and DOT physical.
