We are now looking for a Warehouse & Transport Coordinator to join our team in Ōtāhuhu. What this role is all about This role sits at the centre of our warehouse and delivery operation. You will help make sure stock is received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately, safely and on time. You will also play an important part in coordinating and completing local deliveries helping us deliver the reliable service our customers count on. No two days are exactly the same. One moment you might be unloading inbound stock, the next you are helping organise dispatch, completing a delivery run or supporting the team on the warehouse floor. What you will be doing Supporting the Operations Supervisor to keep daily warehouse and dispatch activities on track Receiving, checking, palletising and putting away inbound deliveries, including container devanning Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time Operating forklifts safely for storing, replenishing, and loading stock Helping coordinate dispatch and plan daily local deliveries Completing local deliveries when needed, ensuring goods arrive safely, accurately, and in good condition Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining delivery paperwork and records Helping maintain stock accuracy through receipting, cycle counts, and stocktakes Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and aligned with Health and Safety standards Supporting team members, including helping train new starters when required Looking for practical improvements and helping solve day-to-day issues as they arise We would love to hear from you if you bring: Previous experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics or a similar operational role A current forklift licence, with counterbalance essential and reach truck a bonus A full, clean New Zealand driver licence and confidence completing local deliveries Good attention to detail and pride in accurate, reliable work Confidence using email, Microsoft Office and warehouse systems A practical, team-focused attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed Clear communication skills and a respectful, professional approach Physical capability to safely lift 15 to 25kg, with support or equipment for heavier items MPI Accreditation, or willingness to obtain it within 3 months New Zealand residency or a valid work visa You are someone who: Shows up, follows through and takes pride in doing the job properly Brings a positive attitude and stays steady when things get busy Can work independently but also values being part of a team Is organised, reliable and solutions-focused Is happy in a hands-on role where no task is beneath you Understands that safety, accuracy, and customer service all matter A steady, full-time role in a long-established, trusted New Zealand business with strong market reputation A close-knit team environment where people pitch in, back each other up, and take pride in doing the job well A practical, grounded workplace where reliability, respect, and teamwork are genuinely valued Step into a varied role with a mix of warehouse, dispatch and driving responsibility A role with variety and responsibility, where you can make a real contribution every day If you are dependable, practical, and ready to join a business that offers stability, solid team culture, and meaningful day-to-day work, we would love to hear from you.
