SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years experience in fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience supervising drivers and coordinating transport
• Strong focus on safety and continuous improvement
• Valid forklift licence and driver’s licence
• Proficiency with warehouse operating systems
• Excellent Microsoft Office suite knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)

DUTIES

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including packing and dispatching orders
• Supervise and coordinate drivers activities
• Ensure accurate pickup entries into Transport Management System (Transvirtual)
• Manage invoicing, warehousing and transport documentation (Cartoncloud)
• Preserve and promote positive work culture focused on safety
• Lead by example maintaining professional relationships and customer focus
