• Experience operating a forklift (valid certification preferred)
• Technical repair or plumbing experience is highly desirable, though training will be provided
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a practical mindset
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operative / Water Dispenser Technician to join our growing team. This dual-role position involves repairing and refurbishing water dispensers (both mains-fed and bottled), as well as day-to-day warehouse duties including forklift operations, regular offloading of 40ft trailer and supporting our delivery team.
This is a varied, practical role suited to someone with technical skills, warehouse experience, and confidence operating forklifts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Diagnose, repair, and refurbish mains-fed (POU) and bottled water dispensers
• Assist with loading and unloading water deliveries
• Prepare and load vehicles for daily delivery runs
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Support drivers and other team members as needed
• Ensure all tasks are completed to high standards of safety and quality
