Job Details Job Location: Old Dutch Foods Inc - Roseville, MN Salary Range: $24.10 - $24.10 Hourly Job Shift: 3rd Shift Summary Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring our snack products are safely and efficiently moved through our warehouse and distribution operations. This position involves working as part of a crew to unload, sort, stack, and load cases of product in designated areas or trailers. You’ll also use forklifts and fork carts to transport materials while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications Key Roles and Responsibilities Unload cases of snack foods from semi-trailers and place them in the warehouse. Load semi-trailers or route trucks with products from the warehouse. Accurately send products from the warehouse to route garages or trailers based on printed pick orders. Verify order accuracy while loading and unloading. Operate forklifts or fork carts safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Follow company policies, safety rules, and directions from supervisors. Work effectively as part of a crew to meet production and shipping goals. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Prior warehouse or material handling experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime or Saturdays as needed. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs., and frequently handle weights of 4–35 lbs. Comfortable working at various heights (up to 11 feet) using ladders. Able to work in a fast-paced, dusty environment, with continuous walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Basic math and counting skills for order accuracy. Ability to operate and work safely around conveyors, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
