We’re looking for a full-time Warehouse Operative to join our West Bromwich team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a company where teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude are truly valued.

Key responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload vehicles
  • Check deliveries against paperwork to ensure accuracy
  • Book items into our system accurately
  • Keep the warehouse and outside areas (loading/unloading/skips) clean, safe, and tidy
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards
  • Organise and prioritise daily tasks
  • Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

  • Physically fit (due to the nature of the work)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (for booking items in)
  • Experience in a similar warehouse or factory environment
  • A Forklift Counterbalance licence is an advantage
  • Flexible, reliable, with excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with good organisational skills
