PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: Warehouse Worker – Night is responsible for working in our warehouse during the night shift. This position is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, and accurately filling customer orders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages Organizing the warehouse space Preparing orders for shipment Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift, pallet jack Counting stock and keeping inventory records Any other duties as assigned SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in warehouse Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Hard working Drug Screening will be REQUIRED PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to complete various activities in the warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying. Must be able to work night shift. Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at a time. EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: High School diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of warehouse experience A forklift driver’s certification is preferred WORK CONDITIONS: (The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
