As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include receiving, storing, and distributing products, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized inventory. Responsibilities Under direct supervision, prepares merchandise for customers by promptly filling and packaging orders for will call or shipping. Receive and prioritize orders through supervisor-issued work tags. Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts. Prepare materials for delivery or pick-up by customers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling. Verify the accuracy and timeliness of filled orders before delivery or pick-up. Complete bills of lading for materials being delivered to customers. Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders, noting relevant information on invoices. Serve "Express Will Call Customers" promptly to expedite order processing. Assist with counter sales by entering orders into the system and pulling/loading orders. Foster a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications High school diploma/GED or equivalent education Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills. Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes. Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers. Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including keyboarding. Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication. Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions. Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.
