Description Job Summary: The Warehouse Workforce & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and correcting hourly schedules and time punches, serving as a liaison between warehouse staff and Human Resources, supporting new employee onboarding, and managing administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Workforce Scheduling & Timekeeping Monitor, review, and correct hourly schedules and employee time punches Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records in compliance with company policies Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to resolve attendance discrepancies Coordinate with Managers and Supervisors to determine and source Temp Labor requirements. Prepare and submit payroll-related reports as needed HR Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between warehouse employees, Managers and HR Communicate policy updates, procedures, and HR initiatives to staff Assist with employee inquiries related to attendance, benefits, and policies Escalate employee relations concerns to Operations Manager or HR when appropriate New Employee Onboarding Coordinate onboarding schedules for new hires Ensure completion of required documentation and system setup Partner with supervisors to facilitate orientation and training logistics Maintain onboarding records and compliance documentation Administrative Support Maintain personnel and attendance records Generate operational and workforce reports Support warehouse leadership with administrative tasks Ensure Operational and administrative documentation is organized and audit- ready Requirements Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience in workforce scheduling, payroll, or timekeeping systems Strong organizational and administrative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information professionally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/timekeeping systems
