Description Schedule for Warehouse Supervisor Monday–Friday: 7 AM – finish (approximately 4pm) Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead by example on the floor. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience operating warehouse equipment. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site operations and workflow Unload incoming freight and oversee proper handling of materials Sort and segregate inventory accurately and efficiently Perform Quality Assurance (QA) audits to ensure accuracy and compliance Utilize computer systems for reporting, tracking, and documentation Operate warehouse equipment as needed, including: Forklift Pallet jack Clamp machine Support and guide team members to meet productivity and quality expectations Work Environment Warehouse / distribution setting Warehouse is a cooler/freezer dock. Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and equipment operation Requirements Requirements Previous site supervision or lead experience preferred Customer Service experience Equipment operation experience required (forklift, pallet jack, clamp) Strong computer skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Ability to work flexible hours and stay until job completion
