SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled Warper Operator to join our production team in Dalton, GA. The Warper Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating warping machines to process yarns according to production specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency. This role is essential in preparing materials for the next stage in the textile manufacturing process.   RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES  * Set up and operate warping machines to process yarns for further production. * Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality output. * Load and unload yarn packages, ensuring proper alignment and tension. * Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on warping machines. * Inspect finished warps for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. * Record production data and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITY * Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.  ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:  * Previous experience operating warping machines in a textile manufacturing environment preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required. REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT * Work is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures. * Frequent standing, bending, and lifting of materials. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
