Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Registration (Lead) & Claims Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty registrations, submitting claims, and ensuring timely reimbursements from manufacturers. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Process and submit warranty registrations for newly converted equipment. Review, file, and track warranty claims with manufacturers and vendors. Communicate with manufacturers to ensure prompt processing and reimbursement of claims. Maintain accurate records of all warranty claims, approvals, denials, and reimbursements. Analyze warranty policies and procedures to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements. Address customer and internal inquiries related to warranty coverage and claim status. Monitor claim progress and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely closure. Any duties assigned by the Warranty Manager Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in warranty administration, claims processing, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with heavy equipment, construction machinery, or dealership operations is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Google workspace . Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle warranty claim disputes.
