Description Responsibilities Submitting proper documentation regarding warranty work to our manufacturing partners. Work with internal customers including service writers and technicians in a professional and friendly manner. Return defective parts to the manufacturer. Monitor account receivable to make sure all payments are received in a timely manner. Requirements Qualifications Prior RV Warranty Writing experience is desired. General warranty claims experience is desired. Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Professional appearance is a must. Reliable and strong work ethic. Responsibilities
