Aire One Heating & Cooling is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team.

Your duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Booking service and maintenance for our customers using our database
  • Data entry and records maintenance
  • Creating and submitting a large volume of warranty claims with a multitude of suppliers on a day to day basis
  • Utilizing Service Titan software and spreadsheets to track claims and credits
  • Entering daily invoicing ensuring product costs align with purchase orders
  • Preparing month end statement from various suppliers ensuring all part and labour claims have been created

Requirements:

  • Ability to represent Aire One in a professional manner
  • Initiative, discretion and judgment are key attributes in this fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinking and analytical problem solving skills
  • Must be organized, motivated, proactive and flexible
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Attention to detail is a must

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
