Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams) Strong communication and organizational skills High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Responsibilities: File warranty claims daily. Ensure warranty claims are compliant in accordance with the Ciocca Automotive warranty process guidelines. Meet with GM and Service Manager weekly to review warranty schedule. Notify service manager of any compliance issues prior to submitting claims. Assist service manager in training service advisors and technicians on warranty compliance. Monitor parts return requests with parts manager.
