What We Offer: Full complement of healthcare benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) in first year of employment (12,16, 20 days annually) Paid Holidays and Community Service Day Paid Parental Leave 401(k) with Company match Responsibilities : Based at the Mercedes building Verify warranty coverage Book/flag warrantable lines as per factory policies and procedures Review 3 C’s and punch times Work with technicians for any missing or unclear information Ensure all supporting documentation has been procured Verify proper authorizations have been obtained Submit finalized warrantable claims to Manufacturer for payment Track RO’s returned for correction and follow up with the Service Manager\Service Advisor Identify and document payment discrepancies Scan repair orders into DSDA for Ford & Mercedes Review Extended Warranty repair order for correct information in the 3 C’s Qualifications: Claims administration or Fixed Operations Experience- Service Advisor, BDC, Parts etc – would be preferred not required.
Responsibilities
The Warranty Administrator will verify warranty coverage, book warrantable lines according to factory policies, and work with technicians to clarify missing information. Key duties include ensuring proper authorizations are obtained, submitting finalized claims to the Manufacturer for payment, and tracking/following up on returned repair orders.
