The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer. Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed. Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data Assist accounting with coding of invoices for service department, payroll and other requests Qualifications Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator required. Previous experience as an Audi Warranty Administrator preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent follow up.
