  • Ensure all claims comply with Liebherr policies and guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and maintain transparency on claim status.
  • Analyse warranty data to identify trends and recurring issues.
  • Prepare monthly reports detailing warranty expenses and provisions.
  • Liaise with relevant departments regarding pending and rejected claims.
  • Coordinate the return of parts from sites and repairers.
  • Maintain warranty claim processing within defined KPIs.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Liebherr-Australia’s Mining Division is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Warranty Administrator to join our Perth Branch. This role is responsible for the efficient processing of warranty claims and ensuring clear, timely communication with customers.

DUTIES

  • A strong understanding of work in progress and warranty claims processes
  • Well-developed communication skills, along with exceptional liaison and customer service attributes
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Reporting skills with the ability to provide accurate and timely information
  • Knowledge and understanding of heavy machinery and components
