Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Warranty Administrator to join our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes, to effectively deal with all areas of warranty administration, ensuring the systems involved are auditable, accountable, and maintained. This position is offered on a full-time basis, Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:30 paying £30,000, and reports to the regional warranty manager. Why Allen Motor Group? Fantastic communication skills Key Duties and Responsibilities As a warranty administrator you will be responsible for and not limited to: Complying with manufacturer’s warranty claim procedures and ensure all warranty activity meets with these procedures. Working alongside the service departments with warranty submissions Ensuring all warranty work is processed inline with the manufacturers guidelines Reconciling any returned claims within the time limits Monitoring statement payments, ensuring any under/over payments are highlighted To be considered for this opportunity, please apply now
