Description

Nathaniel Cars is a family owned franchised Motor Dealership representing MG. We are currently seeking a Warranty Administrator to be based at our Bridgend branch.
You will be responsible for the input of warranty claims and extended warranty claims, vehicle recalls and parts returns.

Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs.
  • You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis.
  • Ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled.
  • To provide the highest levels of organisation and by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient communication, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
  • To ensure all manufacturer expectations and requirements are met throughout.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous car dealership experience in either a Service or Parts Department environment.
  • Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Ideally hold a minimum of 12 months, successful track record in a similar role.
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, process driven aftersales environment and have strong organisation skills.
