• You will need to be able to work effectively with manufacturer warranty managers to maintain performance
• Ensure under or over payments are appealed within the manufacturer mandatory time limits
• Recommend improvement methods and solutions whilst ensuring manufacturer warranty policies and procedures are fully implemented
• Manage the reconciliation of warranty accounts with dealership Accountants and produce and demonstrate aftersales data on a regular basis
• You will also prepare for manufacturer’s audits at the dealerships
