EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Previous experience in a customer support or administrative role is beneficial.
  • Experience working with databases and spreadsheets is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong PC skills and experience with office software (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Input and retrieve data from company databases while maintaining accuracy.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, ensuring up-to-date information is always available.
  • Produce and send out customer quotations in line with company pricing structures.
  • Process and manage customer invoicing promptly and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and provide relevant information.
  • Consistently meet and exceed targets set by management
