The Humberview Group is looking for an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join one our teams in Toronto.
The Warranty Administrator will be responsible for processing warranty and internal repair orders, as well as assisting with various duties at the service desk.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

  • 1+ years of warranty experience is preferred.
  • Related experience in automotive service desk and or warranty processing would be considered an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience on CDK software would be an asset.
  • Reliable and disciplined - able to follow through on assignments.
  • Organized/able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Accuracy and detail oriented individual.
  • Committed to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customers and answer warranty questions.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Close out all warranty work orders on a daily basis.
  • Handle customer contacts and inquiries.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records for warranty claims.
  • Maximize claim eligibility and reduce write offs.
  • Assist Service department as needed.
  • Other duties as required.
