What is this role about? The Warranty & Parts Officer supports aftersales operations by ensuring the accurate processing of warranty claims and efficient management of EV spare parts inventory, helping maintain service quality, compliance, and smooth repair operations. What will YOU do? Review service job orders and validate warranty eligibility based on BYD/MAPVI standards Prepare, submit, and monitor warranty claims and reimbursement status Maintain accurate documentation for warranty claims and support audit requirements Monitor and manage EV parts inventory to maintain optimal stock levels Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for parts procurement and delivery Ensure timely availability of parts for service and maintenance activities Track parts usage and warranty trends to support operational improvements Assist in resolving customer concerns related to warranty claims and parts availability Provide updates to the Aftersales Manager and perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time What will YOU need? Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or related field At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, warranty, or parts management Knowledge of vehicle systems, repair processes, and inventory management Strong attention to detail, organization, and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dealership or inventory systems Experience in EV or dealership operations is an advantage Preferably with a valid driver’s license Willing to be assigned in Laoag, Ilocos Norte
