REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in HVAC service/operations leadership
• Proficient in HVAC service procedures and warranty standards
• Strong team management and communication skills
• Strong computer and software skills (CMMS, Service Titan, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a Texas HVAC license within 2 years
  The ability to maintain a professional attitude, comply with all company policies, and provide 4 weeks’ notice for resignation is preferred.
