  • Previous experience in a service or warranty position.
  • Experience working in residential construction
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Exhibits confidence with a high level of perfectionism
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
