Experienced automotive technician and warranty auditor with a strong foundation in diagnostics, repair processes, and warranty policy compliance. Skilled in auditing claims, validating technical documentation, and identifying trends and process gaps. Adept at working with dealership service departments to improve warranty submission accuracy and reduce unnecessary costs. Known for delivering clear, constructive coaching and building trusted relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable conducting audits both remotely and on-site, with a strong commitment to integrity and continuous improvement.
